Owner - Recruiting Director

Roy is the recruiting director, owner, and co-founder of HotFoot Recruiters. With almost 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry, he quickly established himself as a knowledgeable and trusted recruiter within the Arizona market. He approaches each day as a challenge to get quality people in the careers they deserve. Expectations are never unclear in his management approach. Roy’s ability to facilitate the focus of each day’s recruiting efforts ensures that his team is on task and accomplishing our client’s goals. Over the years Roy has attained a large network of professional talent, allowing him to provide unmatchable solutions for our clients. Experience and a proactive approach to each day make Roy a huge asset to the success of HotFoot Recruiters.

Owner - Business Development

Steve is an owner and co-founder of HotFoot Recruiters. In 2009 his goal was to take the recruiting industry by storm, and as of today HotFoot Recruiters has done just that. With over 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Steve is the epitome of a leader. He exemplifies a go-getter attitude and core values promoting lasting client and candidate relationships. His optimistic personality towards the HotFoot staff and our business endeavors is a key contributor to our unique company culture and relationship with our trusted clients. He leads our staff by example, and looks at each day as an opportunity to strengthen client relationships and place exceptionally talented people in a career where they belong.

Owner

Matt is an owner and co-founder of HotFoot Recruiters. He is a highly experienced professional with a strong belief that companies must grow with the right purpose and the right people. One of his favorite quotes, “Purpose before profits”, properly illustrates his approach to business. Matt graduated from the University of Arizona with his Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Accounting and Political Science. He furthered his education by successfully completing an MBA in E-Business from the University of Phoenix. With over 15 years of professional experience in business and a strong belief in the purpose of HotFoot Recruiters, Matt is an essential contributor to our success.

Recruiting Manager

Charlie is the guy who makes sure the job is done right. Every day he reaches out to our clients and candidates to ensure we are providing the best service possible. His proactive communication provides constructive information for presentation to our professional recruiters. Charlie provides support and guidance throughout the recruitment process for all parties involved. He takes pride in the opportunity we have to fulfill client’s needs while placing great people in positions they deserve. Charlie’s managing efforts are an integral part of the positive reputation HotFoot Recruiters holds in the recruiting industry.

Marketing Manager - Recruiter

Steven’s primary focus is growing the HotFoot brand with a focus toward new business development. Many people are a connection away from the right career, and Steven devotes each day to exposing the HotFoot connection. He is a native of Arizona and a Marketing graduate of Arizona State University. Above all, Steven enjoys working for a company that serves hand-in-hand with unique businesses and talented candidates in the development of their future.

Linda brings a wealth of recruiting experience and talent to the HotFoot team. She has over twenty years of recruiting experience. With a focus as a direct placement recruiter, Linda has a great track record of matching A-Player talent with long-term careers. Linda specializes in finding leading engineering professionals. Her large network of professionals combined with years of experience in the industry have provided unmatched results for our clients and long-term careers for professionals throughout the country.

Recruiter

Miguel is known for his proven work ethic, genuine interest in others, and strong attention to detail. When he made the decision to point his career in a different direction, HotFoot Recruiters jumped on the opportunity to bring him on-board. As a bilingual recruiter, Miguel excels in effectively communicating with clients and candidates alike. He exceeds client and job seeker expectations with his humble and authentic recruiting approach. During his time off, you’ll find Miguel spending time with family, catching the latest pro sports event, or at the gym. Miguel is someone you can count on to provide honest advice and the support needed to be successful in your search.

Administrative Assistant

Alexis is more than an Administrative Assistant, she is a key reason why HotFoot Recruiters runs smoothly each day. Her hard work and attention to detail ensure that our contractors are compensated and valued each and every week. She also supports the recruiting and management teams in a variety of capacities. Alexis is the first point of contact for the HotFoot Recruiters Phoenix headquarters, and takes pride in offering a warm and energetic welcome to all of our visitors. The HotFoot team is proud of the value Alexis provides for our contractors, clients and collective effort toward building a trusted brand. Alexis is a Nebraska native, but couldn’t be happier with the life she has built in Arizona with her husband and new baby boy!

Jesus offers a creative and driven recruiting strategy that allows for each candidate he meets to comfortably showcase their key strengths. He also focuses heavily on transparent communication to ensure that each candidate is aware of our client’s expectations. As a result of this approach, Jesus has the ability to dive deeper into each candidates career goals while also ensuring that they have the qualifications to exceed our client’s expectations. When he isn’t spending his time recruiting, there is a strong chance you’ll catch him in the middle of a long gym session. Needless to say, it’s just Jesus’ nature to work hard in everything he does.
